Order Placing

1. Please take your ideal height into account together with the baluster height and rail width. 2. The different heights of the lotos are adjusted by the SPACER, please be NOTED.

Dimensions

Body Width: The lotos is DIFFERENT from other styles on the body dimensions (Lotos is 20cm, other styles are 22cm). Top Rail Width: 1. Lotos: 29.5cm (12cm in Height) 2. Plain: 34cm (23cm in Height) 3. Others: 30cm (15cm in Height, the molds with green background)

Buckle Fastening

Just a rotation of the buckles, you can assemble or separate the mold, easy to catch up and efficient on construction. Notes: 1. Please fasten the buckles in the SMALLER end. 2. Plastics may worn out as days go by, if you find that the buckles are broken, please use a steel wire or M8 screws in fastening.

Placing

1. Please read the red letters, CAPITAL LETTERS or notes on the picture carefully, these are the special reminding that we are offering for the clients to avoid misunderstandings. Such as the precast rails, precast balusters and precast corners should be purchased separately, the cast in place balusters and corners too. 2. Please leave your FULL NAME with an AVAILABLE phone numbers, the couriers need then contact you when they make the delivery or we may need you confirmation after we receive the orders.

Construction

1. Please brush the mold release in the interiors of the mold, it would give a smooth demolding and protect the mold wall. 2. Please hit the mold gentlely with plastic hammer after you pour the concrete /cements. 3. Please water the mold before taking off the molds. 4. The ABOVE PROCESSES are very critical for a longer mold service life.

Mold Service Life

1. The mold could be used for more than 50times if you maintain and use them properly as we said. 2. Plastics would worn out as time goes by, please use the M8 screws or steel wire to fasten the molds.
