1. After payment, how long do I wait until my order is sent out?

Our handling time is 3 business days.

2. When will I receive my items after I place an order?

The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. From 15-60 days, usually 30 days. If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed. Guaranted delivery time is 60 days, if not, you can ask a refund.

3. If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?

Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. We do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.

4. Under which circumstances would an item be able to be exchanged or returned?

Should you find any item to be materially defective, please don't leave negtive feedbacks right now. You can contact me for a refund or a new parcel by showing clear photos.

5. How to clean the pacifier? Will the rhinestones easily fall off or detach?

All pacifiers,clips containing rhinestones shouldn't immerse into water. Only clean nipple part with wet cloth and dry off. Our Bling Pacifiers and Pacifier Clips are of the highest quality, strongly attached by non-toxic glue. Once the baby is able to throw, chew or damage the product, there is a chance that a crystal may detach. Adult supervision is required.
