Four. Use, maintenance and precautions
1.Before test, take off the electrode protecting sleeve (the solution is 3MKCL, if there is the exudation of the crystal, it is normal, does not affect the use of electrode)2.Observe whether the inside of the sensitive bulb is full of liquid. If the bubbles are found, the electrode should be moved gently downward (like a thermometer) to remove bubbles in the sensitive bulb, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the test
Five. The electrode and the pH meter calibration and testing facilities
1.The PH electrode is connected to the input of the PH instrument, and the connection is correct. Calibration is carried out according to the instruction of the instrument, and the result shall be measured after calibration
Six. Preservation and maintenance of electrodes
1.The electrode uses an electric gap. Please clean the electrode with distilled water. Then dry and put it in a protective bottle and be injected with solution before the next test
2.If the electrode is not used for a long time, it should be rinsed and sucked away the residual distilled water
3.The sensitive glass bulb at the front of the electrode can not contact the hard material, and any breakage and wiping will cause the electrode to fail
FourThe electrode has been used for a long time, the electrode slope and response speed or reduced. The measurement can be soaked in 4%HF end electrode for 3-5 seconds or dilute HCL solution with distilled water after 1-2 minutes, wash in potassium chloride (4M) solution for the new complex
5.The measured container such as pollution sensitive global ball or blockage of the liquid junction material to electrode passivation phenomena, the response speed was slow, the slope decreases or reading instability, so it should be based on the nature of the pollutant, choose appropriate cleaning solution, the new pollutants and appropriate cleaning agent.
