Q: Fail to turn it on

A: Please check if connect to power supply 9V/36V and red light if solid.

Q: No GSM signal

A: 1.Please check if SIM card installed correctly and have money, if there a mobile phone GSM signal. 2.Please check if SIM card is 2G or compatible 2G GSM network. And have to mobile phone signal.

Q: No GPS

Q: No reply to SMS command

A: Password wrong or the format is wrong. Restore factory setting send message "reset 123456"

Q: No reply to calling & No alarm

A: Authorized/admin phone number is incorrect or has not set up.

Q: SMS position OK, cannot the APP and web platform

A: Please check if APN is correctly set. And set the correct APN.
