To avoid long distance international shipment, most of the toys from our store will be sent with the original box, which could benefit our buyers directly. At the same time, to cut down the price, most of toys will be packed without export standard package.

Free Shipping
Free shipping prder will be shipped by China post air mail.But if order amount more thanUS$300.00 We will ship by DHL or EMS free
shipping which will arrive within 3-7 working days.China post air mailnormally item will arrive with 15-35 working days after being
posted.Sometimes for customs or weather problem it will be delayed some days.It may be up to 40-70 working days.
Shipment:
When you place an order,please choose a shipping method and pay the order including the shipping fee.We do no guarantee
delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries,which may affect how
quickly your products is inspected.Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional fees,brokerage fees,duties,and taxes for
importation into your country.These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.We will not refund shipping charges for
refused shipments.The shipping cost does not include any import taxes.
Returns:
We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.We will refund you return the items within 10 days of your receipt of
the items for any reason.However,the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.If the items are
damaged or lost when they are returned,the buyer will be responisible for such damage or loss,and we will not give the buyer a full
refund.The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
Size or issues:
The sizes are illustrated with specific seasurements in the dedailed specifications.Please check specifications before you place an
order.Normally the allowable differences in the size are approcimately 1.5CM in measurement.If you find the size of the product do not
fit you,you can directly contact us.
Color Mismatch:
Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor,lighting,background etc.However,if
you believe that the item received is in wrong color,please contact us to see if a return is possible.
