How to use?
1.wash your hands before applying the Essential Oil.
2.Clean and dry the affected area.
3.Apply the Oil directly to the skin in the affected area.
4.Massage 1-2 Minuts
5.Only use 1 time to the affected area, can get effect up to 8-12 hours.
6.Wash your hands after used the Essential Oil.
7.If pain recurs 8-12 hours after the first time use, can use the second time again.
