How to use:
0. Apply detox foot patch one hour before bed-time.
Wash and dry your feet or body part before applying detox foot patch.
1. Take one adhesive sheet and slowly peel off paper.
2. Take one foot patch.
3. Place the foot patch on the adhesive (the side without words should contact the foot directly)
4. Sitck on the soles of your feet (Socks can be worn if necessary) or the desired area of other body part.
5. Wear for 8-10 hours.
6. Remove the foot patch.
Wipe surface with wet towel until it's no longer sticky.
Used patches will appear dark greenish or greyish as they absorb toxins and waste matter from your body.
Continue to use each night until the discoloration of the patch subsides.
When used patches show signs of lightening, apply once or twice a week for maintenance.
