2.when you place the order, if you are not a standard size ,please write your detail size clear. if you are a standard size, check our size chart, we make the dress size according our size chart.
3.We suggest you choose lace up which is better to adjust the size to fit your body better.
4.Dress can be made in custom size, color, design. We strongly suggest you find a proffessional tailor to measure for you carefully following the Custom Measurements Guideline before buying a gown online.
Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD cscreen, color difference can not be avoided, so we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be excetly same as the pictures you saw, please understand. If you are very very strict in color, please contact us firstly before you place an order. Thanks.

4.Sizing or Fit Issues : As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately ±1 inch in the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.
5.Color Mismatch : Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
