Size: please check our size chart chear before order. and please noted that the size chart may have 1-3cm error due to the measuring method, if you don't know what size to choose, please contact us, we will recommend you a correct size.
Color: The real color of the item may be slightly different from the pictures showed on the listing, caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness.
About Delivery:
1. Please leave correct telephone number and correct address when you filling your buyer information.
2. It's will take several days to package the item, address it and get it to the post office(we will as quickly as possible), after that we will fill the tracking number, you can find it in your order details.
3. Our shipping options only for reference, we may choose express shipping way for your order, please be aware.
4. If due to the buyer reason including'refuse to sign for the package' or 'refuse to pay the tax' or 'buyer country post reason' and so on, the buyer have to undertake all lose. we are in charge if the resposnsibility keep the goods left China smoothly, once the goods leave China then the buyer will be in charge of all the responsibility.

Shipping problems: If you don't receive your product, please contact us, we will contact the shipping company to help you locate your parcel, if the parcel has been lost, we will give you resend or refund.
Quality problems: if the product you received have quality issues, please contact us and send us the product photos, after we check the photos, if there are quality problems, we will give you partly refund as compensation or you can return it and get full refund.(return back shipping fee paid by buyer.)
Accessries problems: if the product you received has missing part, please contact us, we will resend the missing part to you.
Exchange: We offer return for change service, if you don't like the color or size doesn't fit, please contact us, we will give you our address, you can send it back, after we receive it, we will send you difference color or size, and inform you the new tracking number, the return back and resend shipping fee paid by you.
