Thin Water Soluble Topping is needed when you want to machine embroider on heavy-weight fabric that has tendency for "swallowing" stitches. This includes fabric types with high "hair" or loose weave, like these ones: Terry cloth, Artificial fur, Velvet, Corduroy, Loose knits, etc.
This thin water soluble topping film will prevent the stitches from sinking into the fabric. You will be amazed to compare "with" and "without" stitchouts. "With" can be a gorgeous design, and "without" - bad or totally ruined piece of embroidery.
How To Use:
Just place one layer over the main fabric (no need to hoop the topping). Then embroider. When finished, remove the large edges of film, and wash away the rest under tap, using room temperature or warm water. No need to soak.
It adopts excellent PVA material, used for the embroidery allocation. The operation is the same as the paperboard. Its water solubility completely meets the strength requeirments all kinds of embroidery cushions which are always applied in the bottom. Its stretching effect is so strong that there will be no yarn breakage, pin-parataxis, and hole-aberrancy.
The speed of solution is so fast that it can be completely dissolved in the water with normal temperature of 20 degrees Celsius within 5 to 8 seconds without any leaving such as dreaw-thread or gumming. The color of the cloth dissolved is the same as that before solution.
It is environmentally friendly, formaldehyde-excluded and side-effect-free. It can decompose into vegetable fecula, water and carbon dioxide through solution. It can be applied in all kinds of top-grade underware, fashionable dresses and laced-embroideries.
