Draw and print your circuit diagram!
The first step is to draw the circuit diagram. Here I use a PCB design software called Sprint Layout.
But I still recommend Sprint Layout to you novice friends! Because of its simple operation, easy to use and other advantages won the love of countless rookies!
This Sprint Layout needs to be printed... Home has a printer when I did not say anything, no printer to Baidu look up "Smart Rrinter virtual printer", this is a very practical green software, can put any document - as long as there are printing options, into N multi-format pictures, and then take the picture to the printing shop to print, this saves the need to take a. LAY a document to print, but I can't open it...
Print out the circuit diagram! Cut it to the size it was designed for!
It is important to note that please carefully observe the lines you print out, sometimes there will be broken lines or short circuits...... Any flaw, the plate will follow you. So if it is an inkjet printer, please widen the line distance a little, if the broken line will be filled, short circuit on the width of the line distance to re-print!
Begin to light!
In the middle is the old plate of Golden Electronics (already expired TwT), and on the left is the new plate. On the far right is a block of ferric chloride, in a bottle. Below is the plate developer.
Many people ask the price of the plate, I live in Guangzhou, gangding new Seg electronic city, there is a third floor, 10 yuan can buy a 100×150mm huge board, very enough.
Bottled ferric chloride more than ten yuan, can corrode N multi-circuit board. Imaging agent, 1 dollar stuff...
A cut circuit diagram. Note: I have turned off the lamp because of the sensitive plate to light, there is no way...
Use a box cutter + steel ruler to mark out the area you need on the plate, a few more times, more force!
Put the circuit board as shown in the picture, and then press down hard with the other hand! Cut!
Cut it again. Cut it. Be careful to tear off the white protective film! Photosensitive work again! After removing the film, you should see a dark green layer. Attach the printed side of the circuit drawing to the photographic film with transparent tape.
The film is facing up and pressed with glass. I got the glass from someone else's renovation... The thicker, the better. The thicker, the heavier, the tighter. Control the table lamp and the board between the distance of about 5CM!
All right, light on! Do not touch the glass, do not turn off the lamp and move the position of the lamp. Turn off the lamp after 20 minutes or so.
Configure developer, development!
In the gap between the photoreceptors, let's arrange the developer. A pack of developer has 29G, more, about 10G is enough... Use a developer: water ratio of 1:20 (again, plastic basin!).
Pour the developer into the prepared 200ML water, stir and shake the container until the developer has completely dissolved and there are no more particles. Then take out the sensitive circuit board, tear off the transparent glue, at this time should be like this...
Slowly drop the board into the developer (don't throw it in!). After a few seconds, you can see the non-circuit part of the photographic film gradually turn into a green smoke and float out. At this time, gently shake the plastic basin until the situation shown in the following picture.
The circuit part has been clearly defined, and the dark green photographic film of the non-circuit part should be completely dissolved. Wait another 3-5 seconds. To ensure that the development process is 100% complete!
Note: Do not use used imaging fluid again. The used imaging solution should be diluted 20 times before being discharged into the city's sewage system!
Start etching!
Weigh out the right amount of ferric chloride block, and then according to ferric chloride block: water is about 3:1 ratio of etching solution.
Note: ferric chloride is corrosive, it is strictly prohibited to grab directly by hand, and the tweezers used to pick up should be cleaned in time after use. In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention as soon as possible! Then throw the ferric chloride block into the water and come back to it in a few minutes.
When the solution is brown and without any solid in it, the etching solution is prepared!
Note: Make sure there are no impurities in the etching solution! The most intolerable impurity in etching solution is grease! A few nails in the water will speed up the etching. Try it?
The sensitive plate is slowly put into the etching solution (in fact, the circuit should be floating on the liquid surface, but because the board area is not enough, so only sink......)
Be careful not to move the plate or touch the board with anything! Otherwise the consequences will be very serious!
Come back in an hour (too long? Increase the concentration of etching solution! "At this time you can use plastic bags as gloves, take the board out carefully (pay attention not to touch the line part! , and observe whether the non-line part has no metallic color. If there is, continue to bubble for half an hour to see ~ if you are not sure, you can use a multimeter as shown in the following figure to measure the resistance of the non-circuit part, if the resistance value is infinite!
If you measure this, then congratulations, your first sensitive circuit board has been made!
