1.The use of the instrument
Model DQL100-G2 is combined with suspension angle measuring compass and gradiometer model FD-200,complete the measure of the level and the angle of inclination in mining.
1)The design of the total structure according to hand over the rope method diagraph, Therefore, can measure the cape that same horizontal plane clip expediently in tunnel which have outside magnetism interference. (For example the tunnel of the metals support and iron mine,metals mineral of nickel )
2) Under the condition of have no outside magnetism interference, can measure the magnetic azimuth.
Note:
(1) Needle and thimble, agate bearings is the most important parts of the instrument should be carefully protected and kept clean so as not to affect the sensitivity of the magnetic needle. When not in use, should the instrument be secured. Instrument closed, the needle through the action of the switch and lever up automatically, so that the thimble and agate bearing out, to avoid worn thimble.
(2) All hinge is not easily removable, so as not to loose and affect the accuracy.
(3) The instrument to avoid the high temperature exposure, to avoid blisters leak failure.
(4) Hinge rotating part should always be some watch oil to avoid dry grinding and broken.
(5) A long time when not in use, should be placed in ventilated, dry place to prevent mildew.
