Frequently Asked Questions
1. The printer is not working
Make sure the paper cover is closed and the paper is unrolled through the cutter
If the paper feed is normal but there is no printing, please check if the paper feed direction is opposite.
2. The scanner is not working properly
Please initialize the settings by scanning the initialization barcode
3. Incorrect contact
Enter the setup menu, select the "Display" submenu, and calibrate the touch in the "Touch screen" section
