1.The order (More than 2 kg) will be shipped by Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS come with a tracking number and take 3-14 business days to your door.
Shipping to Russia takes longer time, it usually takes 10-25 business days via CDEK or other express with a tracking number.
2.The order(2 kg or less) will be shipped by Post Office airmail come with a tracking number and take 7-25 business days to your door.
But some times(3% about), it need to takes longer time clear customs.
3. If you buy a 110V, 120V, 230V, 240V version product, it need to takes 3-14 business days to order, thanks for waiting.
4. Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case.

About Return Policy:
1.If the item shows up defective or damaged, please email us immediately.
2. You have 10 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than10 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by buyer.
3.Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired will not be accepted.
